These Terms govern your use of the Boss Sports website and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Products and listings

We do our best to describe every card accurately, including grade, certification number, and condition. Photos are of the actual item unless stated otherwise. Colors may vary slightly by screen. Grades are assigned by third-party grading companies and Boss Sports makes no independent warranty as to grade.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Because inventory is also sold on other platforms, an item may occasionally sell elsewhere before your order is processed; if that happens we will cancel and fully refund your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout through the methods offered on the site. Orders are not confirmed until payment clears.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Consignment and purchase offers

Offers to buy or consign cards submitted through the site are requests only. No agreement exists until Boss Sports confirms terms in writing.

7. Not investment advice

Nothing on this site is financial or investment advice. Collectible values fluctuate and may go down.

8. Intellectual property

The Boss Sports name, logo, and site content are owned by Boss Sports and may not be copied without permission. Player names, team marks and manufacturer names belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boss Sports' liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
